In 1986, Beth Fedorowich, established a personal training business to provide fitness assessments and personal training services to members of various private health/fitness clubs. Beth earned a degree in health and physical education from Slippery Rock University in 1984, a master’s degree of Physical Therapy from Chatham University in 2000, a certification from the American College of Sports Medicine as a Health/Fitness Instructor in 1986, a certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist in 2007, and has more than 30 years of active experience in both preventative and rehabilitative fitness.
In 1990, Fitness Essentials LLC was formed to maintain an entity that would reflect high-quality personal training and a professional fitness training philosophy. From its inception, the philosophy of FE has been to provide exceptional personal training programs to individuals committed to attaining optimal health, physical fitness and athletic performance through health and fitness education and motivation.
The programs are designed specifically for each client based upon the current industry standards set forth by professional organizations such as the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
