Beth holds a Masters degree in Physical Therapy, is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She founded Fitness Essentials LLC in 1986.
Matt has been training with Fitness Essentials since September 9, 2012. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist and holds a USA Hockey Coaching Certification Level I, II and III.
Chad joined Fitness Essentials in August of 2020. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Chad holds NASM certificates as Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He most recently worked as an Exercise Scientist/Personal Trainer for Body Dynamics, Inc. in Falls Church, Va.
Karly joined Fitness Essentials in July of 2021. She is a certified personal trainer and earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Slippery Rock University and her Master of Science in Sports Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
