Beth holds a Masters degree in Physical Therapy, is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She founded Fitness Essentials LLC in 1986.
Matt has been training with Fitness Essentials since September 9, 2012. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist and holds a USA Hockey Coaching Certification Level I, II and III.
Dani joined Fitness Essentials in June of 2017. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and earned her Master of Science in Community Health from the State University of New York at Potsdam.
Chad joined Fitness Essentials in August of 2020. He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach. Chad holds NASM certificates as Performance Enhancement Specialist and Corrective Exercise Specialist. He most recently worked as an Exercise Scientist/Personal Trainer for Body Dynamics, Inc. in Falls Church, Va.
